Siraj Ventures is a business development and marketing company. We specialise in connecting international investors, founders, and businesses with the right entry points into the Saudi market.

Siraj Ventures is led by Fawzan, a business strategist and operator who has worked with over 180 businesses across the United States and around the world, with direct experience helping companies scale past 20 million dollars in revenue.

Our reach is powered by ThinkFahad, the fastest-growing business channel in Saudi Arabia. ThinkFahad is represented by Fahad Siraj, brother of Fawzan. Since launching in October 2024, ThinkFahad has grown to over 68,000 followers and surpassed 15 million total content views. It has built one of the most engaged audiences in the region among investors and entrepreneurs who are actively planning to enter, expand, or operate in Saudi Arabia.

The leads that come through our channels are not generated through paid advertising. They come through the high value content we produce, which means they have already engaged with the brand and built a level of trust before they ever reach out. Siraj Ventures gains a trusted, capable partner who can service our clients to the standard the ThinkFahad brand demands. We invest heavily in content, marketing, and audience building. This partnership allows that investment to translate into real outcomes for the investors who trust us. We receive 25% of the gross profit on each closed deal and a monthly retainer that contributes toward the ongoing costs of running the content and marketing operation that generates this pipeline.

The Partnership Structure

How It Works

Every business setup lead that comes through Siraj Ventures and ThinkFahad is handled by Business Setup Company, Mehwar's team. The client sees Siraj Ventures throughout. Proposals, invoices, and all communications go out under the Siraj Ventures name. Business Setup Company, Mehwar's team, operates as the on-ground execution arm and delivers the work end to end.

From the client's perspective, they are working with Siraj Ventures from the first conversation to the final handover. Your team does the work. Our brand holds the relationship.

What Siraj Ventures is responsible for

Siraj Ventures handles all marketing, content production, lead generation, brand presence, and initial client communication. We run the ThinkFahad content operation, manage the inbound pipeline, qualify every lead before passing it across, and maintain the CRM that tracks every stage of every deal. We hold the client relationship from first contact onward.

What Business Setup Company, Mehwar's team, is responsible for

Business Setup Company, Mehwar's team, takes full responsibility for sales, client conversion, and on-ground execution of every lead passed through by Siraj Ventures. This includes managing the sales, as well as the full delivery of all services including MISA licensing, company registration, 100% foreign ownership structures, branch office setup, investor and dependent visas, Premium Residency applications, PRO and GRO services, ZATCA registration, VAT compliance, corporate tax structuring, and intellectual property protection.

Commercial Terms

On every business services deal closed through a Siraj Ventures lead, the gross profit is split as follows. Business Setup Company, Mehwar's team, gets 75%. Siraj Ventures gets 25%.

Gross profit is defined as the total amount invoiced to and collected from the client, minus government fees, attestation costs, translation fees, and any directly verified third-party costs required to complete that specific service. All deductions must be documented.

Minimum Monthly Retainer

SAR 2,500

Running a content and marketing operation at the level of ThinkFahad involves real, ongoing cost. Production, strategy, distribution, and the consistency required to maintain an audience of over 68,000 engaged followers does not happen without significant time and financial investment. The minimum monthly retainer of just 2,500 is a contribution toward those costs and a reflection of the ongoing value being delivered at the top of the funnel on behalf of this partnership.

Optional: Marketing Services for Business Setup Company (if needed)

Siraj Ventures and ThinkFahad bring deep experience on the marketing side. Building an audience from zero to 68,000 engaged followers in a matter of months, generating over 15 million views, and consistently producing content that attracts serious investors and decision-makers is not something that happens by accident. It is the result of a clear strategy, strong execution, and an understanding of what this market responds to.

If Business Setup Company, Mehwar's team, wishes to apply that same capability to growing its own brand presence and lead pipeline independently, Siraj Ventures is open to providing full marketing services for the Business Setup Company brand directly at SAR 4,000 per month. This is entirely optional, billed separately, and can be started or stopped independently of the core partnership. It is not a condition of this agreement in any way.

A Note on the Numbers

The SAR 2,500 monthly retainer is a fraction of what it would cost Business Setup Company, Mehwar's team, to build and maintain a marketing operation capable of generating the same quality and volume of leads independently. The 75/25 revenue split means your team keeps the clear majority of every deal closed. The structure is built so that as the pipeline scales, both sides scale with it.

How This Works Day to Day

Siraj Ventures logs every inbound lead into a shared CRM. Business Setup Company, Mehwar's team, receives access to the relevant leads and takes ownership of the sales process and deal progress from that point forward.

Siraj Ventures has full visibility of all leads, all stages, and all deal outcomes through the CRM at all times. Complete transparency runs in both directions.

All client-facing documents, proposals, and invoices are issued under the Siraj Ventures name. Business Setup Company, Mehwar's team, does not present itself to the client directly at any stage.

Both parties respond to each other within 24 hours on working days. A prospect who is left waiting loses confidence. That reflects on both of us.

If a lead is passed to Business Setup Company, Mehwar's team, and no meaningful progress is made within 7 working days, Siraj Ventures reserves the right to reassign that lead.
